Welcome on board MATCHIMATCHI!

We are stoked to announce today that we’ve added another name to our roster of leading interiors clients; modular, designer lighting firm MATCHIMATCHI.

Spearheaded by two of the UK’s most dynamic lighting designers, Scarlett Hampton and Niki Wright – who between them boast over two decades experience designing, developing and manufacturing best-selling products to the British high street – MATCHIMATCHI has been established to combat the UK’s throw-away attitude to lighting and instead promote the investment in luxury, customisable lighting that will stand the test of time.

Meet the Rooster: Frankie Stewart, senior account executive

In the latest instalment to our Meet the Rooster series, we chat to Frankie, senior account executive and new member of the interiors team here at the coop.

Tell us about your Rooster journey so far, and how you got into PR…

I started working for Little Red straight out of Uni. I had completed an internship with the agency the previous summer and had loved the hustle and bustle of busy agency life. My life as a rooster so far has been fun, busy and slightly complicated.

Social Media: What To Watch In 2020

We might be just past the half-way mark, but 2020 has already been a busy year for social media. From an immense surge in social media use in line with COVID-19; to the enormity of the #blacklivesmatter movement; and now the ‘war of disinformation’ expected in the run up to the US presidential election; it’s been hard to keep up!

Thankfully, the social media whizzes here at Little Red have pulled together the latest social media announcements into a quick list of our top 5 “ones to watch” for the rest of 2020.

Life After Lockdown

As July draws to a close, we’ve taken a look back on our time during lockdown and what we have learnt while working from home. We’ve also started to think about returning to normal working life in our Berkshire HQ, however insane that may be after five months of not leaving our temporary home offices.

How the coop does Christmas

Ever started thinking about Christmas gifts in June? If yes, you’ve either landed yourself a job in PR or at the North Pole. According to ONS, the average UK household’s spend rises by 10% in November and December with roughly £2,500 spent on Christmas each year. With consumers prepared to spend money, the festive period is a crucial time for brands to invest in PR. Getting products at the forefront of shoppers’ minds and transforming them into the year’s must-have gift pays dividends not only at Christmas but on the other 364 days of the year. Brand awareness is built, and new audiences are reached, widening and building loyalty outside of a brand’s key consumer group.

Little Red bags brand-new client in Bookman

We are overjoyed to have landed a brand-new client, Bookman, a style-conscious start-up from Sweden providing visibility products for runners, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Since its early inception to offer free bike lights to students, Bookman has created inspiring visibility products with an aesthetic edge for cyclists, runners and pedestrians that need to see and be seen. Focusing heavily on the details, quality and safety, the design has one goal: to make everyone visible in traffic and prevent accidents.
