The LRR annual Summer Showcase has becomes a summer essential for the British media. The event is an ideal opportunity for a true meeting of minds across tech, music, fashion, lifestyle, interiors and more. For just one day a year, LRR’s passionate team of Roosters have the privilege of hosting key press and influencers in the heart of Soho, London.
Every new year presents an exciting challenge: to make the event better than the last. Thanks to exclusive first-looks at products coming later this year, the return of the LRR Sessions and a host of incredible brands from the LRR line-up, the 2024 Little Red Rooster Summer Showcase was one for the ages.
This week, Team Rooster flocked to the big city to take over 19 Greek Street – a four-storey townhouse in the heart of London’s Soho – to bring our clients’ products to life and capture the attention of press and influencers across the entire media spectrum.
Styled by the unmistakeable interior stylist and decorator, Marianne Cotterill, accents of her stunning work brought the LRR show home to life. Turning what was a blank canvas into an imagined world where 1970s aesthetics met timeless design and space-age innovation.
The Kitchenette…

The first floor, or The Kitchenette, set the tone for the rest of the home. Efficient, functional, flair. It was a place to relax, to grab a bite, chew the fat, and most importantly, be welcomed into a world where even Wes Anderson would feel at home.
Guests were serenaded by the first of the specially curated Qobuz playlists through a pair of very hush hush game changing speakers from Focal (coming to stores later this year). The sweet smell of pastries in the morning and Arancini in the afternoon kept everyone sustained. Sitting atop Bakehouse Kitchen’s stunning kitchen island which demonstrated the brands epic craftmanship and adjacent to Smeg’s show-stopping matt sea salt fridge, here, press could witness the true might of the heritage brand’s newly launched 10-in-1 countertop oven with demonstrations throughout the day while taking the weight off with King Living’s timeless bar stools.
Opposite The Kitchenette was the dining area, boot room and office. Also featuring a host of King Living décor, the Australian brand’s Issho table played host to Western Digital’s latest tech for gamers and creatives alongside Focal’s incredible new headphone duo – Azurys and Hadenys.
Beside the kitchenette, King Living’s Edge Amondo Bookshelf presented classics from Ariat as well as some waterproof shoe and accessories care essentials from Grangers and Cherry Blossom.
Finally, Finnish brand Framery – best known for its stunning design-led office and meeting pods – was a highlight for many. Exhibiting its remarkable Framery Four from the new Smart Pod range, many journalists took to a moment of quiet to experience smart tech inside one of the world’s most impressive and advanced office solutions. Inside the Framery Four, press discovered the presentation of the new DVT range from global leaders of speech processing solutions, Philips Dictation.
The Treehouse…

Up we go into the house’s playful hideaway: The Treehouse. Here, British heritage audio brand, Marshall, flexed its muscles with the stunning Woburn III playing Qobuz’s second curated playlist, amplified by Motivo, a sleek touchscreen streamer from Italian Audio innovators, Volumio. The Treehouse was the opportunity for press to get hands-on with smart home must-haves, including the Tado° Heating Solution X range, soon to be released in the UK, the Nanoleaf x Umbra Cono lamp, the new Loewe Stellar TV and an awesome VR presentation from Army Cadets UK.
Bit too geeky? Don’t worry, Marshall’s newly launched Major V on-ear headphones and the range from an upcoming Hush Puppies collab with Snoopy were there to add pops of colour and cool in an already dreamy environment.
The centrepiece of the room, also the location for the well-received LRR Sessions, was the King Living Jasper Sofa. Here, industry leaders discussed pressing topics in the world of consumer brand behaviour and what we can expect over the next few years. Esquire’s Johnny Davis hosted Marshall’s Nick Street, Hush Puppies’ Florence Kelly and Smeg’s Dan Hadley, who discussed the essence of being a heritage brand in a world of change.
Later, renowned freelance journalist Roddy Clarke of Financial Times and Forbes fame presented questions about sustainability and modular design with Framery’s Aron Jahn, King Living’s David Woollcott and Roland Keplinger of Silhouette Eyewear.
The (Mojo Dojo) Den…

The Den, or as we like to call it, LRR’s Mojo Dojo, was the place to kick back and relax after a few hefty flights of stairs. Here, King Li
ving’s Promenade Bed and V+A Baths’ Ledro Bath, along with some more fashion essentials from Ariat, presented an enviable bedroom space. Not fancying the walk downstairs to The Treehouse? Then fear not, because Cambridge Audio was on hand to give listening demos of their new Melomania P100 ANC headphones and a sneak peak at another embargoed product, while Meze Audio’s Liric II’s sat comfortably on the bedside. Entertainment and a whole lot of photo opportunities all in one room!
Christmas in July…
July. The most optimistic month of the year. Harvest has begun in the fields, the keys to number 10 are up for grabs, and (at the time of writing) it might, just might, be coming home. But not on the top floor of 19 Greek Street… Christmas. In. July. The time when we start to think about the three most joyous words in the English language, ‘Christmas Gift Guides’. With that in mind, we welcomed journalists to our festive room featuring present ideas for everyone whether they’re an aspiring chef, music obsessive, dedicated follower of fashion or gadget lover. Featuring tech, fashion and lifestyle products from a range of our much-loved clients, this floor was the chance for journalists to get a head start and some inspiration for the busiest time of year.
In line with our agency’s policy, we organised the event to be as environmentally conscious as possible – sourcing sustenance for our guests from providers within walking distance of the venue, providing biodegradable cups and crockery, and sidelining goody bags in favour of a £10 donation on behalf of every attendee to our charity partner, Smartworks Reading.
A huge thank you to all those who joined us on the day – from press and influencers to our clients, the Little Red Rooster Summer Showcase would not be what it is without you.
