LRR expands leadership team – introducing our new MD, Kirsti Webster

Having first been established as a one-woman band in a back bedroom, over the years Little Red Rooster has grown to scoop some truly outstanding clients – Smeg, Marshall, Hush Puppies, Ted Baker, Fender, Army Cadets, Bisley, King Living, Ariat, Sandisk, Sanderson Design Group and Primephonic – to name just a few. We’ve gained B Corp certification, bagged a spot in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards and most recently, we’ve been shortlisted for the Inspiring Places to Work Awards.

So, as we enter our next exciting stage of growth, we are delighted to formally name Kirsti Webster as our first Managing Director.

Kirsti will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations and drive the expansion of our social media and content offering, with founder and CEO Victoria Ruffy leading client strategy, innovation and growth, as well as the agency’s extensive network of media relationships.

Kirsti joins LRR with 25+ years’ experience in content marketing and communications, having worked with the likes of American Express, Bang & Olufsen, Barclays, Ford and EY previously.

Vic said, “I created this agency from an absolute love of media relations and storytelling. I still get a bump every time I see a client in print or digital and the excitement for that never tires. Growing an agency means you inevitably take on roles perhaps you aren’t naturally skilled at. When I met Kirsti I knew she was the perfect person to look after the operational running of the agency but more importantly absolutely the right individual to lead and guard our unique culture into the future. I’m incredibly lucky and excited to have the opportunity to spend far more time with our exceptional clients creating compelling campaigns with the strong return on investment we’ve become famous for”.

“I’m excited to join Little Red Rooster and be part of this talented team”, said Kirsti. “There’s a real passion for delivering exceptional PR and social media. Our focus on impact and ability to get our clients’ brands noticed is what sets us apart, and that has been reflected in the growth of the business in the last five years. As a B Corp, we’ve made a commitment to using our business as a force for good and I’m so happy to be involved in the next stage of this journey. I’m looking forward to working with Victoria and the team as we develop new opportunities in PR, social and content – we’re ambitious about what we can achieve.”

On behalf of the entire LRR team and our clients – welcome to the Coop.
