A change is on the cards as Little Red secures For Good Causes as newest technology client

We are all facing uncertain times at the moment. In particular, the cancellation of mass gatherings and sporting events like the London Marathon means that vital UK charities are set to take an unprecedented hit to their fundraising efforts.

So Little Red 🐓is chuffed to announce it has secured another new client, For Good Causes, a UK-based fin-tech, which is set to transform the way consumers and retailers can donate to charity.

Following a successful pilot with a number of brands For Good Causes will now begin on-boarding new partners as they work to transform charitable giving.

The For Good Causes platform enables consumers to support a cause they love without spending a penny by converting their loyalty points and rewards into a digital monetary donation to a charity of their choice.

With over £7 billion worth of unused rewards in the UK and 94% of consumers regularly earning new value from hundreds of brands, For Good Causes is creating a brand new currency for giving.

It is the world’s first charitable ecosystem designed to unite hundreds of brands with more than 17,000 charities, enabling millions of consumers to support causes that are close to their heart.

Little Red 🐓will run an initial four month launch project to secure national press coverage and raise brand awareness of For Good Causes, alongside managing their UK press office.

The For Good Causes account will be led by Little Red 🐓founder Victoria Ruffy, with support from director Nicole Marsden, account manager Lewis Hopkins and account executive Megan Eakin.

Victoria Ruffy, founder, Little Red 🐓comments“For Good Causes is completely unique and when we heard what it was all about and the fact that they aim to raise £500m in donations for UK charities over five years we just had to get involved.

“The work they are doing is more vital now than ever before as charities are suffering as a result of the unprecedented level of social change we are experiencing following the Corona Virus outbreak. We look forward to bringing this initiative to the attention of the national media through a fresh and creative PR programme and will do whatever we can to help support the vital UK charities that are struggling to survive in these testing times.”
