Founded by Victoria Ruffy, Little Red Rooster is a communications agency with a relentless work ethic
Our mission is to amplify brands and take clients out of their comfort zones
Whether it’s announcing the biggest single investment in innovation in Smeg’s 74-year history, causing the Pantherella socks website to crash after starring on BBC2’s Inside the Factory, launching Marshall’s celebratory amp in honour of what would have been Jim Marshall’s 100th birthday, or helping Adidas sell out its latest headphones in just 15 minutes, you can trust our talented team to deliver.
If we don’t deliver on the KPIs you’ve set, then you don’t pay. That’s our guarantee. Unsurprisingly, it gets results. (We’ve never had to give anyone’s money back.)
Personal in our approach, nimble when we need to be, and knockout with our results, when you need someone to handle every aspect of your brand’s communications we’re the one agency to rule them all, providing communications, content, and consolidation across any and all verticals.
We love making friends and building meaningful relationships with the media and influencers – it’s just one reason why brands and journalists consistently want to work with us.

That’s not all. We work our little bottoms off to manage the paid and organic social media for many of our clients, because who better to handle your brand’s content with authenticity and integrity?
You’ve got to have a code, so ours is to work to completely transparent and pre-agreed KPIs with a ‘no hit, no fee’ guarantee. Not only will we give you your money back if we don’t hit our targets (something we’ve never had to do), but we’ll ensure your brand is seen where you want it to be seen.
We tailor any measurement to the needs of the client, while striving to exceed all expectations. Anyone can distribute a press release or send out samples, but our outreach is specifically targeted and overwhelmingly undertaken on a one-to-one basis – our black book is the envy of the industry.
We understand the brands we represent and what makes the media tick across multiple verticals. It is testament to our standout results and personable nature that many of our clients have been incumbents since day dot. Talking of which, we also have a very loyal team, with several members of Team Rooster who have been here since the start too!
A lot of that is down to our philosophy, but it’s also due to our company culture with inclusivity and diversity at its heart, from actively supporting women in the workplace to recruiting regardless of your gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or background – ours is a broad church.
We aim to ‘do good’ in all its senses as a B Corporation. So whether that is making a commitment to ensure at least 80% of our suppliers are locally based to reduce our carbon footprint or pledging to reduce waste sent to landfill.

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AT THE COOP. WE KNOW OUR INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS AND ALWAYS PLAY TO THEM. BUT COLLECTIVELY WE’RE DEDICATED TO MAKING SH*T HAPPEN.

"I’ve worked with Little Red Rooster for many years and couldn’t praise them enough. Speed, efficiency and proactiveness are always the words that come to mind but the team are also lovely, properly decent people to deal with. I’d never hesitate to recommend them.”
Rooster have been amongst my go-to PR's in my contacts book for some time now, thanks to their ability to respond swiftly to any press requests and suggest great ideas for any features or shoots I might be working on. I also got to experience working with them as a stylist for one of their own clients, and was impressed with how they were able to assist with shoot direction, as well as being on hand to deal with various aspects on the production side, too.”
Rooster have been efficient and professional to work with - always so quick to answer and eager to help. It’s been such a pleasure to work with them."
is that they really understand what makes bloggers tick and how to work with us closely.”
for several years now and have really enjoyed seeing the firm evolve, their client list become a little bit more edited and the team more specialised.”
Rooster are always incredibly energetic, helpful and quick to respond to any requests I have for my shoots – I couldn’t ask for more from a PR agency really!”

Rooster are a pleasure to work with. An approachable and knowledgeable team, they’re always swift to reply to any requests, and have a portfolio of clients that complement each other, which means I can regularly approach them on several topics at once, and have them roll a ten-pin strike on all of them. It’s always good news to hear that they’ve won a client in my field, as I know I’ll be in the hands of a great PR team for any brands they work with.”
Rooster for about three years now and they’re consistently my favourite agency to work with because I feel I have a personal relationship with them. When they recommend me a product I know it fits me and it’s going to fit in with my readership.”
Rooster. They are quick, friendly and spot-on when it comes to supplying all the information I need, they work with several great brands who have lots of products that fit well on my pages, and the agency is brilliant at keeping me up to date and filling me in with all I need. It’s pleasure working with them and they help make my job that much easier.”
Rooster is a friendly and proactive PR company which responds quickly and efficiently to my feature enquiries – be it an image request for a picture-led round-up or a trade feature requiring expert comment and industry expertise. They have a wide selection of effective and striking cut-out and lifestyle imagery for their clients and can supply relevant quotes and accurate information when required and at short notice. It is a professional yet down-to-earth company which works hard to tell a good story or message.”
Rooster are really early adopters of the collaborative idea of working with bloggers and influencers in a way that I don’t think other brands have been able to explore nor pickup.”
