On Thursday 3rd July the Little Red Rooster team headed to London for our annual exclusive media showcase on the top floor of the prestigious Ivy restaurant. Over 80 influential shopping and lifestyle editors, researching for their all-important Christmas Gift Guides, joined us for this marvellous event, which was a fantastic opportunity to showcase a wide selection of Christmas products from our clients way ahead of the game.

We had a great variety of media from the technology, interior and fashion sectors, including The Daily Telegraph, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, The Mail on Sunday, The Guardian, Company, GoodHomes, Grazia, Wallpaper*, The Independent, The Sun, Livingetc, Grand Designs, to name but a few.
The day was well received by all and Claudia Baillie from The Sunday Times Style said, “The Little Red Rooster Christmas event at The Ivy was first class as ever. Such a great selection of innovative and exciting products, both for tech heads and those who appreciate the aesthetic side of things too.”
Upon departure, all guests were treated to a goody bag with a wonderful selection of products to take home with them. We had some great feedback at the end of the event from both clients and journalists alike with Rob Waugh from The Mail on Sunday commenting, “LRR’s showcases have become a fixture on the tech calendar, in no small part thanks to the abilities and endless charm of the team, who always manage to pack in genuine must-sees, and conduct the event with their trademark convivial charm. Whenever I drop in to a LRR event, I can be guaranteed a few stories – and the opportunity to chat to fellow hacks from the biggest titles in the UK, champagne flutes in hand!”
With a fantastic selection of drinks available at the bar and some delicious canapés circulating, the three-hour showcase was a roaring success and continued well into the night with drinks at The Crown afterwards.
Now time to crack on with securing lots of beautiful Christmas coverage in the run up to December with long leads starting now, mid leads in September and short leads in October.
Merry Christmas in July!
