TED BAKER

The agency of choice for one of the UK’s most iconic fashion brands

Mission

Over the years, Little Red RoosterĀ has enjoyed a fruitful working relationship with Ted Baker and undertaken a number of projects for the high street fashion brand. These projects started with the launch of Ted audio and went on to encompass bicycles, phone cases and mobile accessories and homewares. Each launched tapped into our areas of specialism in technology, design and fashion, and as such we have been able to secure outstanding results for these previously unknown ranges and collections from the brand. Our main objective was to raise awareness of Ted Baker as a true lifestyle brand adept at moving into many markets without compromising style or design.

Method

Our approach has varied, depending on the type of launch we were working on, and been adapted to the various collections but the core approach remains the same: using the strength of our little black book of contacts and PR skills to build the Ted Baker name within the media. We have hosted a number of events on behalf of the brand to launch new products. Most notably, in 2017 we launched Ted’s range of new AW19 interiors products (tiles, rugs, bedding and home fragrances) by hosting a luxurious all-day event ā€˜House of Ted’ in the penthouse of the London Edition Hotel. We have also hosted successful events for pother licensed partners, utilising the gorgeous space the Floral Street store offers.

Boom

Particular highlights from our work with Ted Baker includes our event to launch Ted Baker ā€˜Home’ at the London Edition. We saw 100 media through the door from a range of luxury, interiors, fashion, national newspapers and technology titles. Over the following few months, we secured 51 pieces of coverage in the likes of Evening Standard, Times Bricks & Mortar. Additional highlights include our PR campaign for Ted Baker’s bicycle, which saw equally outstanding coverage in ST Style, GQ, Metro and Stylist and our launch of Ted Baker’s audio range, one of the most successful in Little Red Rooster’s history, which resulted in just under 200 pieces of coverage in three months!
