Bisque
Establishing the brand as a leading British designer though social media

Mission
Back in 2011, alongside our press office work, Little Red Rooster began to manage various social channels for Bisque radiators to bolster its reach within the design and interiors world.
The designer heating brand was known for its stylish radiators, however there was a distinct lack of a presence across social media, meaning entire groups of consumers were not reached. As well as this, engaging people with the brand to really communicate its history, product offerings, and design credentials was key.
Method
Right from the get go, engagement was a key focus, with informative, intriguing, and innovative captions paired with high-quality images of Bisqueās eye-catching range of radiators a sure-fire bet for success.
We then began curating distinctly different content for both Instagram and LinkedIn, with a more colloquial focus on Instagram, and a client-facing, B2B approach, on LinkedIn. Since the creation of these accounts, followers have grown exponentially, with Instagram in particular, far outpacing its rivals in terms of engagement, followers and reach.
We have also put a huge focus on Instagram Stories, with the same pillars of engaging, educating and topical content used throughout. This has then culminated in the creation of various seriesā such as āOn Trendā and āIn Focusā, which highlight interiors trends and Bisque products respectively.
Finally, we have managed and executed boosted posts based on a pre-arranged budget to highlight our most successful posts, strategically placing the promoted images to key demographics within the design, engineering and interiors spaces.
Boom
Over the years we have seen a drastic increase in followers across both channels, with our Instagram reaching over 8,800 followers and our LinkedIn over 500. That is not to mention the immense increase in followers over the past year, where we saw our biggest Instagram growth at over 3,000 followers gained.
