Traffic jams are easily one of our biggest nightmares. Either because you’re really late for that morning meeting, or dying to get home after a hard day at work, or even just trying to escape the big city for a bank holiday getaway.

To counter this, the UK government is investing in getting Britainâs road network Wi-Fi connected, which will monitor traffic and send these updates directly to driversâ mobile phones, in hopes of reducing the frequency of traffic jams.
